Ghostly Scene Staxs Caught on Tape

Here’s a little ghoulish humor just in time for Halloween. My new Scene Staxs features two charming ghosts having a little Halloween fun. {Disclosure: This post may contain affiliate links that pay this site a commission at no cost to the reader when a purchase is made after a click.}

I die cut the Photo Shaker Box using my Sizzix die then assembled the shaker box top and bottom. I hand-cut the ghosts and pieces including an extra ghost shape from vellum. I did not use the vellum shape but it would be a cute alternative ghost. Color any pieces you choose.

Trimmed_ghost
I trimmed off the tail of the smaller ghost so that it could fit in the background on the left.

Adhere the smaller ghost to the back of the box.

Ghost_basket_tape
Using foam tape, adhere the larger ghost on top. Use a small piece of foam tape to adhere the pumpkin to the ghost.

Happy_Boo_Day
Add the hat, pumpkin and any phrase.

As a second option, you can adhere some clear tape to the inside of the Shaker box window before assembling the box. Attach the ghost to the tape and add the caption “Ghost caught on tape”. I also included the spider web in the corner.

You can use any card stock for the shaker boxes. I used scraps of Basic Grey paper to create my Scene Staxs. Enjoy and Happy Halloween!
