Ready for some fun under the Summer sun? A tropical party with Tropicool Vibes is the perfect kick off for the warm weather.

This is so simple to make using the new Tropicool Banner die from my Tropicool Vibes collection by Sizzix.

I die cut the triangle banner out of a wood textured paper.

I applied Distress Paint in Forest Moss green over the surface to give it a tropical, mossy  look.

I die cut the toucan, monstera leaves and hibiscus flowers using the die. For added color, I hand cut the additional blue and green feathers on the wings plus the green, orange and pink accents on the beak. I used a standard hole punch to create the pink cheek.

The triangle banner die creates two holes along the top so it can be easily hung on a piece of ribbon or twine. Have fun making different colors of toucans, add more monstera leaves or fewer flowers to create a variety of banners to string together.
