SRM Planner Stickers

Welcome to the Designer Crafts Connection Blog Hop sponsored by SRM Stickers. These stickers are specifically designed to be used on planner pages but I discovered they can be more versatile. The stickers were supplied by the manufacturer but all opinions are my own. This post contains Affiliate Links, see details posted above.

The small, illustrated stickers were so much fun to work with but I also loved the small word stickers at the bottom of the sheet. I was going to use water-based markers but later discovered that Copic markers work best on the slick surface of the sticker.

I had fun filling up the month-at-a-glance page of my planner. The selection of designs and size of the stickers were perfect for this page. When I had completed these pages, I realized that I still had some cute stickers left over and wanted to find other uses for these.

The small size of the stickers made them work perfectly with a small Fujifilm Instax Mini photo insert. Together with my Bindable die, I was able to create a little photo memory insert in my planner.

To make this photo insert I used a Fujifilm Instax Mini photo from my recent beach vacation, dies and stamps from my Mini Photo Embellishing collection for Sizzix; Paper Clippables, Photo Frames and Words, Bindables and the Memories stamps. I also used StazOn black ink, a piece of thick vellum, a scrap of blue paper and a scrap of white paper plus the remaining SRM Planner stickers.

I die cut the Photo frame and Paper Clippable banner on my Big Shot machine.

I adhered the frame to the photo then stamped the word “Memories” and added the stickers to the frame. Next I adhered the photo to the piece of vellum. I also added a sticker border beneath the photo on the vellum as seen below.

To hold it in my planner, I used my Bindable die along the left edge and die cut the edge to fit in my planner.

While on vacation at the beach, we would take the bikes across the ferry to Starbucks for coffee almost every day. It brings back such happy memories to see this photo.
