Using the Right Tools to Fix and Finish the Stitched Pegboard Shelfie Plant Wall
I started this project while in my studio then took it on the road to work on the stitching while glamping. While “roughing it” in the “wilds” I had a problem with the background fabric being too soft and stretchy so the stitching created wrinkles. Unfortunately, I could not fix this without the proper tools so I just stitched what I could. Now I am back in the studio with all of my supplies. I wanted to share how I fixed the problem of the saggy background fabric on the stretcher bars. I learned that relaxing and enjoying what I was doing without worrying about what I couldn’t change at the moment made this project a good lesson.
