Discover what happens when you combine fiber craft with lights
This project started simply enough when I found some white wool roving at a craft repurpose store. I had always wanted to try it so this wool was perfect and, with Halloween right around the corner, a ghost seemed like an easy project. Almost too easy. Which made me think about how cute it would look if I could combine the EZ Lights from Pear Blossom Press with my ghost.
A few odd experiments and some off-the-wall solutions later and a whispy, floating, needle felted ghost was created holding a spooky lighted candelabra.
I found that trying new techniques may not come out the way you expect but it adds another skill that you might want to use again later. You just never know when fun ideas will happen.
