Give Easter Bunny Mini Envelopes

Whether filled with a sweet note, gift card or Instax photo, these Bunny Mini Envelopes will bring a smile to anyone who receives one. They are simple to make and super fun to embellish.

TOOLS

MATERIALS

  • Card stock in various colors
  • Gift card, if applicable

Gather your supplies. You will need a larger piece of card stock for the main part of the bunny envelope. We used pink. You will also need white for the envelope flap. You can use scraps for the smaller shapes.

Die cut the largest shape from pink card stock. Die cut two ears from the same pink card stock.

Fold in all three sides plus the small tab along the top

With the small tab folded down, adhere the ears along the folded tab

Die cut one triangle from white card stock

Apply adhesive along the small top tab including over the base of the ears. Attach the white triangle to the top tab.

Fold in the side flaps and apply adhesive to the vertical edges and along the bottom angled edges.

Apply adhesive to the two side angles of the bottom flap. Do not apply adhesive to the lower horizontal edge of the bottom flap.

Fold up the bottom flap to form the envelope.

Die cut the eyes and whiskers from black card stock. Die cut the nose from darker pink card stock.

Die cut the flowers and leaves from various colors of card stock

Adhere the face pieces as shown.

Adhere the leaves and flowers as desired.

The finished Animal Mini Envelope is the perfect size to hold a gift card or Instax photo for a fun Easter surprise. There are so many more animals you can make for different occasions. We suggest a red-nosed reindeer for Christmas but there are so many more possibilities.
